Gary, Josh, and I went out to our lot to stake out the house. I’ll keep you all posted on up coming plans… we are busy getting bids and getting everything lined up for our lender. It has been lots of fun and a lot of work so far meeting people, talking to them about our plans and getting quotes.
The lot has a top layer of rocks and the ground looks like the bottom of the river but once you dig down a couple of feet it is really good soil. :)

Congratulations, you two!!!! The lot looks like it has awesome views! Can you see Mt. Hood or Mt. Jefferson? I am so jealous... I always wanted to live where I could see those mountains! Lots of love and prayers! Janette
